It all begins with an idea. Cayman Customs was founded in 2019 by Eoghan Ryan, who has built some of the most unique custom cars in the Cayman Islands. Realizing there was a need in Cayman for a high-end automotive refinishing facility, the business expanded in 2023 to the current facility and our goal is to provide the best automotive refinishing and a premium customer experience in our state- of-the-art facility.

Cayman Customs only uses the best equipment and recognized suppliers that meet or exceed industry standards. Cayman customs is proud to partner with Global Finishing Solutions for Cayman’s first GFS semi-downdraft paint booth and prep station in the Cayman Islands. Cayman Customs is an Authorized Sikkens distributor. Sikkens is globally recognized as one of the premiere paint brands in the automotive industry and exclusive paint supplier to McLaren. We use state-of-the-art technology like our Spectrometer and MIXIT paint matching system – which can identify and match up to 2,000,000 automotive paint colors in its database. Everything from our power tools, hand tools, lift system to air compressors were hand selected with one goal in mind – Be the best automotive refinishing facility in Cayman.
Facility
Cayman Customs is a climate-controlled facility featuring multiple stages of particulate capturing technology. Cayman Customs has the ONLY Global Finishing Solutions semi-downdraft paint booth with rapid curing technology in the Cayman Islands. Cayman Customs also features a fully enclosed, rapid air filtration GFS Prep Station. All vehicles are prepped, painted and reassembled inside this controlled environment for a showroom quality finish.
